  • Fresh herbs
  • Radish
  • Alfalfa sprouts

Condiments:

  • Salt
  • Various types of hot sauce

  • Mustard
  • Regular (full fat) mayonnaise

Drinks:

  • Water
  • Tea
  • Herbal tea
  • Diet soda
  • Coffee
  • Drink mix powders (e.g. Crystal Light)

      4. Drink plenty of water.
      5. Don’t consume sweets.
      6. Only eat when you feel hungry and don’t count the calories!
