The formula is basic and can be easily prepare at home, and the bread is good enough to make a nice toast and get a few pieces at work which will keep you full during the day. Many keto meals omit the secret step involved which makes them so great, but we’re going to show you the full recipe without skipping any steps.
The best keto bread recipe!
The secret to what makes this bread so great is the separation of egg whites and yolks. You know what we hate the most?
We find a great bread recipe online, make it and the finished product is just so dense even if it’s delicious. This doesn’t happen with this bread, which is fluffier than anything you’ve ever tried before.
The secret step!
You need to beat the whites until they’re fluffy in order to make the bread gain some volume. The whites will make the bread nicely thick, and along with the baking soda, they will give it fluffy air pockets which will make the bread nicely soft.
The best part about this tasty loaf of bread is how easy you can incorporate it in your diet. Most people on a keto diet avoid bread and just stick to bacon, but you don’t need to do it. You can eat as many slices of the keto bread as you like. Don’t worry, you won’t feel like you’re on a strict keto diet.
The bread is very delicious and versatile as well – you can use it for a nice French or avocado toast or croutons. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can add it in a food processor and get crumbs which you can use in different ways. Just experiment and we’ll sure you’ll love the results.
