  • 1 ½ cup of almond flour
  • 6 egg whites
  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • A pinch of salt


Preheat the oven at 375 F while you’re preparing the dough. Beat the egg whites nicely, then add the cream of tartar and mix well. Now, mix the egg yolks, baking soda, salt, butter and almond flour in a blender to get a nice, thick, creamy mixture. Add the fluffy egg white mixture to this mixture and mix again until everything’s nicely combined. Pour the mixture on a previously oiled pan, then bake it.
